Upon arrival, we were welcomed with charming decor that exuded character. The room was spacious and offered high-quality local toiletries, making our stay both comfortable and special. Staff were attentive and accommodating, particularly in addressing dietary needs at the restaurant.

The heavy doors are a real bother, making entry and exit cumbersome!!! The communication regarding meal inquiries could be vastly improved to avoid confusion!!!

Absolutely loved the luxurious bathroom in our room! The decor was stunning, and the thoughtful touches made us feel at home. Only downside was the absence of an on-site car park, but free parking was close by. 😊

The spacious room featured a luxurious bathroom with both a tub and a large shower, offering a truly relaxing experience. Thoughtful touches like fresh fruit, homemade cookies, and proper water bottles enhanced the stay. steep and narrow stairs made it cumbersome to transport luggage, and the only seating in the room was insufficient for dining. the restaurant's closed days limited dining options.

Beautiful room with great amenities

We had a wonderful stay, and the room was absolutely spacious with a massive, comfortably appointed bed. The decor really made it feel special, and I loved the luxurious bathroom setup, which included both a walk-in shower and a large bath—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Though we enjoyed our time, it would have been nice to have the restaurant open for dinner during our visit.

The staff went out of their way to help, notably when they offered a lift to collect my car, which was a generous touch. I appreciated the charming features in the room that created a cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a busy day. the room offered a lovely view that enhanced the overall experience.

The parking options were limited, which did pose a slight inconvenience.

the bower house, restaurant & rooms was a real gem during our long weekend. the attention to detail in our superior king room was impressive, with thoughtful touches like fresh cookies and sparkling water on arrival. it honestly exceeded our expectations from previous visits to the city.
